Be part of our Orientation and Mobility Program
Orientation and Mobility is a training initiative designed to help people with visual impairments live with freedom and independence by teaching them navigation skills and techniques that improve daily living, including the use of the white cane.
Our qualified practitioners work directly in communities across Gauteng, making a lasting impact – especially in underserved areas. Through our College of Orientation and Mobility, we continue to train new practitioners. We are in the process of registering the profession with the Health Professions Council of SA, which will allow us to and open doors to employment opportunities in public health and education sectors.
Your inputs will enable us to expand our area of impact, reach more communities, train additional practitioners, and expand employment opportunities.
